He was my grandfather. His Son was @Fredrick Elvan Hurt, born in 1903 in Shasta, California. Family history told to me by my father was that his father immigrated from Britain, worked for Pacific Gas and Electric as an accountant. His wife, Jessie, was from Jackson, California.
At the time I met F.O. Hurt, He and his wife were living in Berkely, California and he had retired from PG&E. I do not call the exact date, but this must have been in the 1950's.as I was born in 1951. Again, I cannot recall the exact date, F.O. Hutt lived until the late 1950's or, perhaps as late as 1960.
