How to Remove Parents

My gg-grandfather, @Eduard - Ede Zeisler, shows two sets of parents. I have no idea who added the second set, but I am unable to remove any of them. Although I select the "Remove" checkbox for the faulty relationship, the "Remove" box remains grayed-out, so I cannot remove them. I need to remove Jakob Zeisler & Esther Richter as parents. I have no idea who they are or who put them there.

A basic user is not allowed to spiit the tree, so you cannot remove a profile that would split the tree. Instead go to treeview and move the child to its correct parent and specify it is a child of that parent. Refresh the screen. In most cases the child will now be only connected to the right parents. If not repeat the proces for the other parent

If that still does not work ask for assistance in https://www.geni.com/discussions/272643 (give a link to the profile there (copy the link from the address bar, there can be multiple profiles with the same name so copying a link works better than using @).
