Dates/venue for Family reunion

There are a number of factors which have to be considered to determine a date which is convenient for all who will be attending the family reunion. Jonelle mentioned the Florida school schedule, which chops the summer in half. August may be too hot.
Natasha is flexible but needs a date ASAP as she is travelling from the other side of the world.
As far as the accommodations; I had initially mentioned the villa type setting at the Half Moon; Renee suggested the Hilton Rose Hall which has all inclusive packages, I checked it out online and it is really beautiful.
