Or maybe not so random! As some of you know, I was growing my hair to donate to an organization called WigsforKids.org. This was the third time I was donating and it is so much fun. I have added some before and after pictures for you to see.
Also, in April, I will be participating for the 9th year in a row in Madison's American Cancer Society Run/Walk. I am a team captain and rally my troop to raise funds and come and walk with me for American Cancer Society. Every year I have walked in the honor of a loved one. Several thousand people come out to walk every year and we put up flags for those who have survived cancer and those who have not. Unfortunately, this year I will have two more flags.
These and other volunteer activities give me pure joy knowing that some how I have helped someone in need.
