The Family Reunion will be held in Dover Delaware beginning Friday July 2nd through Sunday July 4th 2010.
Today we have secured a contract with the hotel for a banquet on Saturday evening.
The estimated cost for the Banquet will be $60.00 per person. We are tying to negotiate the cost to include the Banquet and a t-shirt per person.
The hotel will be blocking off approximately 30 rooms for our family and based on your responses, we can arrange to block off more rooms if needed.
Room Rates will be approximately $102.00 per night.
You have a choice of two queen beds or one king
Please keep in mind that it will be your responsibility to reserve your family’s room and secure it with your credit card. (this is not included in the $60.00)
We would like to caution you that all these arrangements are contingent upon your responses. We have not been able to give the hotel an accurate number of attendees because we have not yet notified every family member.
This is time sensitive and we need to tell the hotel how many people will be attending the banquet, and how many people will be needing rooms for the weekend as soon as possible
Once we have received a more accurate count of potential attendees, we will send an update with the final details. We will also forward information about activities that are offered in Dover Delaware for your convenience.
Some family members have not yet joined our personal family website so please feel free to share this information with relatives that are close to you who do not have e-mail. We will still be mindful that hard copies of the information will have to be mailed out to anyone who does not have a computer.
