Rabbi Shmuel Nessim

was born in Jerusalem 1837. A rabbi of the old city of Jerusalem. was known as a very modest man.
for 28 years was the GABAI of the Zedaka DeSefaradic and director of the "Tamchui" institute.
Founder and Gabai of "Misgav Ladach" hospital in Jerusalem on 1880.
On 1900 was appointed as Rosh Av Beit Din till his last day.
Died 1916 in Jerusalem ,burried at Mt of Olives (grave in profile picture. by eran azrieli).
