after rebooting (mac os10.4.11 on g-5 dual proc 6.5 gig memory) the system always degrades to a crawl after a reasonably short while. it is really a pain. you can stop and reboot and it will be fast again and work as it is supposed to.

are any of you mac users having this problem. apple thinks it is a problem w/ adobe flashplayer. it is causing enough frustration to keep me from working on the mega amounts of information that needs to be entered and it does not help w/ merges either.

pulling my hair out & there is not much left.

really? merging and adding r working fine with me and im a mac user

Maybe you need to upgrade your 0s system. You are running tiger, and leopard might make a big dif to you. also if your mac has an intel w dual core you can upgrade to snow leopard. I'm running leopard and Geni works fine for me.

it is a power pc and os410.4.11 is latest i can use. something corrupts it . i have reinstalled but it slowly corrupts system & i have to reboot. none of my cad programs seem to be effected, just geni. i am not an expert so i am always using work-arounds instead of actually discovering the problem. will not buy a new intel multi-core till business picks up. when it does work -i like it. i still have an inkling it is an adobe issue. jobs seems to think flashplayer is a bad piece of software that hogs the memory???? do not know if true.
