What a cool idea, David! I have so many memories of her; where shall I begin? I received my very first birthday gift from her; sent to me by the mail; and it was soooo exciting ; I couldn't wait to open it! It was a Nancy Drew Mystery hard covered book; a luxury in those days!
She and her Mother in law, my Mom, Gussie, were the best of friends, very close to one another- (a rarity) and when Gussie was ill, Jean took her in to care for her! We are forever grateful for that!
She was so pretty, and had an infectious laugh; I adored her!
