Heidi, William Carl Bosath (Uncle Bill)was my Great-grandfather and the Sister to your Grandmother Helen. GreatGrandpa had 7 kids, one of which was my Grandmother Clara Bosath(Eltwick), my Mother's Mom. I have Uncle Bills passport when he came over from Germany in 1908. I also have a written description from Uncle Bill about where his father really from. His Father was a Hungarian Knight Ritter Von Boast who escaped a revolution and passed though Lithuania to Germany and stayed with farm families to hide out until he could get to Germany. He met his wife a Lithuanian on the way. This couple was your Uncle Bills parents. I will send you a copy. I actually have a lot of info, but have never put it together in a meaningful way.
