Frank Stuart Hagan is causing a blockage amongst the Plantagenets. See the long running discussion thread:

i tried even just requesting to merge and it kept doing the "technical problems" error.
I will try to at least complete merges that i can--- ie: Henry Plantagenet is down by 5 merges.
