Great Aunt Sylvia lived in Bussey, Ia for several years--across the street from my Grandma Grace (Willis) Pope.
I remember her sitting on the front porch embroidering on pillow cases and table cloths--she also did alot of crocheting--in fact she taught me to crochet when I was 4 with a wooden crochet hook "Unk" had made for her and some yarn.
She, like so many others in the 50's and early 60's, had a collection of salt and pepper shakers.
Have wonderful memories of Aunt Sylvia.
