
If you go to "Help" and then click on any of the topics...scroll somewhere on the topic and you'll find the help ticket link. That's how I do it.
Or you can always write help@geni.com but it doesn't mean it will be a priority that way because at least with the help ticket you can mark whether it's urgent or not.
