pop-up language

I use English as my default language for all deta.
While entering data of place of birth or death the information takes on the lenguage of the country of birth or the country I live in (e.g. Hebrew)
I want this to be only in English without adjusting the language each time.
How can I stop the pop-up language ?

Well, don't.

The Google Maps connection is only enabled based on your location when using the search location feature which is useless in genealogy anyhow since it does not cover historical places and counties.

It is better to click Edit Location Details and fill in whatever you want.

I know exactly what Alisa is talking about and this has been like that for almost a year now.
Also th auto complete places names had changed several times; for example with the death camps of relatives that perished in th Holocaust.
In the past when I wrote Auschwitz camp it would auto complete it into Auschwitz concentration camp
.Now its auto complete into Oswiecim, Poland ( there was also another version of this a couple of months ago)

Well, blame Google Maps...

As I said: Click "Edit Location Details" and fill inn the values you want there, - none of the detailed fields have any lookup mechanism.
