I just ran a report thru my software and found that the the following birth places do not fit the dates indicated- This is for info only for the manages of the proffiles. This is not a complete list but only those who are said to have been born before 850 in the US,
Hope it helps

the number 78963 is the line number for the person within my GEDCOM. If the date does not match then 1. It's been corrected already, there is either another file by the same name or the file with the bad date was merged and corrected, or the GEDCOM for that person was corrupted in transmision. It's hard to say because the tree is constantly being updated.
I agree, it's a really good check. Franklin Richmond was born in something like 1780 and died in 850.
I'd love it if Geni automated stuff like this. If you die before you're born, there might be a mistake. If you're parents are born after you, there might be a mistake. (Call it the Jeff Foxworthy section)

Really, I was just seeing if my software could handle a report with all 100,000 people in it or crash, These were at the top of the list, also it reported that there were over 8000 people that should be marked as being deceased but the list was to long to manualy print and I'm sure they will work themselfs out.
But of course, the whole point is if we each do a little, we can get a lot done.
By the way hat report was taken from a "Blood-Export" and was 17,834 pages long. If the Geni Exports included pictures (that would be nice) then it would be a lot longer. (Thanks for PDF files,if I had to print to paper, the printer would burn out before the report was finished!)
Brendan,
My dear hubby loves Jeff Foxworthy, he'd appreciate the Foxworthy check!
I have made those silly typos myself. When I look at the tree view, I get a tiny green ? on the person's square, lower left corner. On the profile view -- if born 1780 died 165 -- you get "( )" after the date of death, meaning this person lived 0 years. The question mark is easy to see. The ( ) is easy to overlook.
Marvin, I have looked at a couple of these (familiar surnames, mostly) and they appear to be outside the Big Tree. I couldn't fix the two I looked at because I didn't know the correct information.
Two workarounds (maybe more):
1. Leave an intentional conflict (2 fathers)
2. Link within the "overview" module to one of the fathers, show the mother with two partners and the natural father as the father (i.e., a stepfather relationship)
In the scenario you describe I would choose 2. as both partners are known and linked through the mother.
