Photo error

I wish I knew! I am having the same problem. Maybe it's a widespread problem and Geni will fix it.

This seems to happen when I allow a merge, unable to find solution too

I am bothered by a number of problems that have come up as I have allowed merges. I am not allowing them any more and I wish someone could tell me who to turn to to get some help. Does anybody know how to fix "photo errors" and other problems with the Tree.

I have an error report on this "[#DZE-573136]: Profile picture not visible in tree view" and the response from Geni is:

I have however detected that it is only Safari, Chrome and Firefox this error is visible in. The error is not present when using Internet Explorer, - but that is definitely not an argument to switch back to Internet Explorer since it fails on so many other things.

Not allowing merges is not the answer. There are several discussions for posting problems and curators will assist. Also, many times the problems will be resolved as the merges progress.
