I believe I've reported this one earlier through translate@geni.com and it was fixed but now the bug is back. The formula & use of terminology on the pie chart aren't consistent.
You can have approved phrases both with & with out translations. I guess the fomula double-counts the non-translated approved phrases.
The pie chart refers to "Translated" (mouse over) where the table uses the term "Approved". As some translations use the "lock" feature (another word for "Approve"?) to keep the translators away from time-wasters, the use of these terms lose their meaning.
