Hello I am trying to grace my heritage.. Was this lady, cherokee indian?
It's a private profile and unconnected to the "Cherokee Tree." Otherwise we curators could try and help you.
And the names of her and the parents are typical Swedish names.
Good point, Bjorn. Which puts it in the wrong parts of the US for Cherokee heritage (Oklahoma or North Carolina).
Swedish names in the 1800s in the US are more West Coast oriented (Oregon comes to mind ... lots of Indian tribes there as well).
