I've sent in a help ticket regarding this previously, when the effect was on more distant parts of my tree. I got a response that the Geni engineers would look at it, but haven't heard anything more. Now it's gotten worse and is also affecting parts much closer to me in the tree.
Here's one profile where the issue appears:
Erik Magnus Öman is your fourth great grandfather's wife's great nephew's wife's niece's husband's father.
That's what the text of the path says at least. But it's wrong. Erik Magnus is actually my third great uncle, the brother of my second great grandfather Albert Öman. The path when I look at Albert's profile is correct. The two are brothers in the tree as well as they were in real life.
Has anyone else seen this problem, and/or gotten more information from Geni staff on it?
