John Gruber did a great write-up on how to keep your machine free of Flash except for Google Chrome.
In short, Chrome ships with its own version of Flash, so you can delete your main copy of Flash. After that, any other browser works perfectly fine sans flash. You can then load any specific page (Like Geni) in Chrome when you really need Flash.
