Robert, it's great to see you're having fun learning about famous ancestors and relatives through Geni!

The mathematics of genealogy is so interesting to me -- when you think about it, it makes sense that we all have to descend from notable people. Just going back 10 generations, we each have up to 1,024 grandparents (assuming no repeats). If you have any English ancestry, you're all but guaranteed to be related to at least 80% of the people alive in England at the time of the Magna Carta. Neat stuff, huh? :)
