Changing a profile photo

This question was asked before, but the answer has been deleted. Why??? Now I just need to ask it again.

How do I upload a better photo to my son and change HIS profile photo? I can easily change mine, but I don't see how to change someone else on my tree.

your son's profile is private so I can't see if he is a Geni user or not.
If he is not a user - you can add a photo by clicking his profile photo, and then select "add a photo" and after that select the new photo and click "make profile photo"
If he is a user than i think he is the only one that can do it.
