Alexandra Luberski, 91 ESCONDIDO --Alexandra Luberski, 91, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2008. Born on Jan. 24, 1917, and raised in Chicago, Ill., Alexandra was the last survivor of seven children born to Lawrence and Caismira Mazurowski. Alexandra married Edward Stanislaw Luberski and moved to California in the late 1940's. They built their first chicken ranch in Arcadia. They later purchased land in the La Sierra area of Riverside, Calif., and built their egg production business, "Hidden Villa Ranch." Alexandra was an active member of Queen of Angels Parish and a supportive neighbor of the Divine Word Missionaries. Edward Luberski died in Riverside on July 23, 1975. After retirement, Alexandra moved to Escondido. Alexandra is survived by her three children and their spouses, Donata Pfisterer and her husband, Richard, of Tucson, Ariz., Timothy Luberski and his wife, Ruthanne, of Yorba Linda, Calif., and Alexa Clausen and her husband, Dennis, of Escondido; and her three grandchildren, Mark and Matthew Luberski, and Derl Clausen. A private burial will be on Saturday, June 7th, at the Olivewood Cemetery in Riverside.
