I read this week, that there were 12 million slaves exported from Africa. Only about 450,000 came to U.S. trying to track down early arrivals is hard but fun!

What about early Dutch colonies in South America, and in the Caribbean??

This ship was one of the last that brought slaves to Suriname, every journey about 660. In total de Leusden made 10 trips with slaves, only 73% survived.
