I have used Geni "help" many times in the past.
I can't attest that they were very clear at all times with their answers, I guess that depends on who is answering, but I can definitely say that it took tooooooooo long to answer.
So now I wanted to send them a question/ report regarding a new problem I encountered, but I don't feel like waiting over a month as with my last "help" request.
I searched surname LAUFER, because I just found a relative by that surname and wanted to know if she is already on Geni. I got to the first entry on page 166, YITTEL LAUFER, pressed on "view profile", and was prompted to join Geni PRO. After i declined, instead of seeing Yittel's profile, I was sent back to page 166.
After a few tries in different ways, I gave up.
CAN ANYBODY COMMENT ON THIS?
AM I THE ONLY PERSON EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM?
CAN GENI MEMBERSHIP ASK FOR BETTER "HELP"?
