Seielstad Nedre belonged to the church until 1860 when Østen Gulbrandsen purchased it (thought to be Eli's brother). and then Johannes another brother was the owner who then sold it to Erik (Eli), In 1951 the farm went back to Østen's family with his grandson Emil Engebretson Pallsveen (Eli's second cousin) and then to his son Erling Pal Segelstad (b. 1945) took over the farm in 1976. He has a wife Astrid and three children.
