A direct male descendant of our Aaron Cunningham line has taken a 37 marker Y test. The haplogroup is I2a2a aka m223, a European Y group prevalent in England and proves that our gg Grandfather Aaron was fathered by one of the white Cunningham slave holders. The Y match has direct Cunningham male lineage as confirmed by Y DNA test. However does not affirm “which” male in that line. I did see some named children after members of white Cunningham family including “ Randolph” and William.
1880 Census only Aaron , Grant and Fannie are at home. Assume Matthew is decease or put away. Everyone else living on their own.
