Aaron Curtiss, born in Wallingford, Jan 1767. Married Comfort Foote, born 01/23/1769. Aaron was in Delhi, NY in 1814, died in Burlington, 07/09/1853. Comfort died 03/04/1850.

This family removed to Delhi, Delaware Co., N.Y. before 1815 but returned to Burlington, CT. where he died July 9, 1853. [from Curtis Genealogy, additions and corrections, p. 64] 7 children: Miles, Luther, Amelia, Merritt, Martin, Polly and Charlotte.

Aaron, age 80, was living with Philo Curtis in Bristol, Hartford, CT in 1850. Philo was age 42, a son-in-law.
