Armed with this information I searched for info on the association between the family and found a letter between Abigail Adam's sister and another family member, with mention of Ester's bad conduct. I'm believe she must have gotten pregnant and alludes to other instances of such actions in the family. Her parents (Abigai and Joseph Fields) were married April 1744 and daughter Susanna was born in June of the same year.
