Note from "Ye Old Burying Ground of Fairfield, Conn." by Mrs. Kate Perry: "Lyman Hall was one of the Signers of the Declaration of Independence. He probably married again, and was buried in Georgia where he was governor in 1783. The Mrs. Hall commemorated here was the grandaughter of Judge Peter Burr.
