About Abraham Cauvern

Ab Cauvern named Abraham but called himself during the war years Albert, why is he so less noticed by the German occupiers. Ab worked for broadcasting, after the war for the VARA as dramaturge, chief plays. His presence in the life of Otto Frank is very important regarding the diary of Anne Frank, also I will get back to you.

Ab lived and worked during the first years of the war in Amsterdam, but he was soon confronted with the anti-Jewish actions of the Nazis which he felt compelled to depart from the capital. Through a friend, he came into contact Hilversum where he did the payroll of a radio broadcaster, with a high degree of certainty, I think that was the VARA.
