Ada Jennie Jones

Ada Jennie Archer, daughter of Edwin Archer and Mary Francis Vann, was born March 16, 1860. She was educated in the Cherokee public schools and the Kirkwood (Missouri) Seminary, from which she graduated June 8, 1882, and married February 28, 1888, Daniel Vincent Jones, born Dec 28 1858 in Sherman, Grayson county, Texas.

In 1870 he was living in the household of George and Ellen Buzzard. His father was Hugh Jones and his mother was Nancy Shields. D V Jones moved to Indian Territory in the 1880s. Their children were Ara, Jean, Mary and Vera. He later married Laura Purcell.
