Miss Ada Beck
---Miss Ada Beck died at her home, 417 South Eagle Street, at 9:30 o'clock last evening. She had been seriously ill for the past four weeks, following two years of failing health. ---She was born May 26, 1875 in Marshall, the daughter of the late Jacob and Susan Beck, and with the exception of a few years had always lived here. She was a member of the Lutheran church. ---Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Kathryne Bailey of Chicago, and Mrs. Minnie Newton and Mrs. Carolyn Reese of Marshall; two brothers Fred Beck of Battle Creek and Edward Beck of Marshall; four nieces, Mrs. Wayne Fritz of Chicago, Mrs. Robert Bailey and Mrs. Earl Brown of Battle Creek, and Mrs. Ruth Caswell of Marshall, and one nephew, Reginald Dean of Marshall. ---Funeral services will be held at the Kelser-More funeral home, Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. Chr. Heidenreich of Zion Evangelical Lutheran church officiating. Burial will be given in the family plot in Oakridge cemetery.
