He came aboard the ship Silvia which departed from Hamburg, Germany on March 21, 1905, and arrived at Ellis Island on April 7, 1905, where he changed his last name to Shultz. He lived at 85 Endicott St. Worcester, MA. He was 5 feet, 6 inches, 150 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes.
