Adolf Friedemann (1871-1932) was a Jewish journalist, ardent Zionist and colleague of Theodore Herzl. He published a biography of the latter in Berlin in 1914. Friedemann, together with Franz Oppenheimer and Leo Motzkin founded the ‘German’ Committee for the Liberation of Russian Jews in August 1914. It lobbied for the socio-political interests of the Jewish tribe living in the Russian Empire and ensured their protection from alleged pogroms. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=dp_byline_sr_book_1?ie=UTF8&text=Adolf+...
