

MASON CITY - Agnes C. Konigsmark, 93, of 324 Second St. N.E., died Saturday (March 9, 2002) at Good Shepherd Health Center, Mason City.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Czech National Cemetery in Cedar Rapids with the Rev. Dick Lehmann of the First Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids, officiating. There will be no visitation.
Major Erickson Funeral Home & Crematory, 111 N. Pennsylvania, Mason City, is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be given to the Agnes C. Konigsmark Memorial Fund.
Agnes was born May 23, 1908, in rural Chelsea, the daugher of Anton and Mary (Ryba) Kolar. She attended school in Chelsea. She married Lumir Konigsmark.
Agnes worked for Dearborn Brass for 30 years, retiring in 1975. She lived in Cedar Rapids for many years, moving to Mason City in 1988.
Agnes was a member of the First Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids, CSA and Queen Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by her son, Herbert Konigsmark, and wife, Joyce, of Mason City; grandchildren, Cindy
Baumgartner and husband, Larry, of Manchester, Ken Konigsmark, of Issaquah, Wash., Kathy Konigsmark, of Waterloo, Keith Konigsmark and wife, Nadine, of Cedar Falls, Kirk Konigsmark and wife, Julie, of Houston, Texas; five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and one sister.
