About Agnes Randall
"On 3 Feb. 1546-7 Foxe married, at Charlecote Church, Agues Randall, daughter of his old friend of Coventry—a lady who seems to have been in the service of the Lucys." - The Dictionary of National Biography, pg 582.
John Foxe’s beloved wife Agnes long survived him,* and it
is believed that she was buried in the same church, from the fact that the Cripplegate Church Registers record the burial of “Mother Fox,” April 22nd, 1605."
In 1592 Mrs. Foxe was living in Grub Street. See Lansd. MSS., 819.
