Albert Sylvester Brinkerhoff

This son is speculative, and his birth year may conflict with other siblings.

Family files record his as Sylvester, but Findagrave and cemetery database have his burial name as Albert S. Brinckerhoff died Sep. 27, 1827. Age 19 or 49 years, 5 months and 4 days. The stone fairly clearly says 19, which would make his birth year 1808.

In the cemetery record he is in close proximity to

Phebe, wife of Henderson Brinckerhoff, died Oct. 3, 1870. Age 75 years, 9 months and 21 days.

and

Henderson Brinckerhoff, died Sep. 1828. Age 13 years. (?)

But it is unclear who that couple belong to, and whether or not Albert S is their son. The census records of 1830 show Sarah on her own as head of household, and in 1850 married to a Jacob Brinckerhoff from New Jersey, so that is even more unclear if they are the same, or part of this family..
