Albert Layton Draper, 76, retired stock grower and lumber man, died Tuesday at the home of a son, Andy Draper, in Oakridge, Ore., after an extended illness, according to word received here. Mr. Draper was born in Moroni, Feb. 19, 1874, a son of Albert and Clara Bruno Draper. He attended Moroni schools. He married Effie M. Ney of Mt. Pleasant. He was a member of the LDS church. Surviving are his widow, Springfield Colo; also sons and daughters, Lloyd T. Draper, Mrs. Eugene Rolph, and Mrs. Irvin Larsen of Mt. Pleasant; Harold Draper of Orangeville; Mrs. James Ericksen of Willetts, Cal.; Woodrow W. Draper of Palm Beach, Fla.; Andy Draper of Oakridge, Ore.; Mrs. I. L. Hamilton and Marlin Draper of Springfield, Colo.; 36 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
