Subject: Albert with BIGGS
I'm celebrating because you have provided me with the answer to a Weakley County mystery of mine.
Lacy Ambrose Biggs and Nancy Journigan Davis Biggs, both born in Weakley Co., are the benefactors of your Albert. Until I read your post I never knew why Albert appeared on the census with my Great-Grandparents Lacy and Nancy. I believe the census enumerator identified Albert as their son...perhaps they informally "adopted" him as their own eight children were grown by then...many married with children.
I'm still hoping for more personal information about my BIGGS relatives. If you have any questions, I'll try to oblige.
Good Luck!
