Albert E Shultz, 82 a veteran of World War I, and a former resident of Biglerville R2, died this morning at the South Mountain Restoration Center near Mont Alto where he had been a patient. A native of Adams County, he was a son of the late Chalres W and Ellen McKackey Shultz. He had entered the Army Nov. 5, 1917, at Camp Meade, Md., and sercved with Co. A., 316th Infantry, 79th Division, Camp Forrest, Ga. He became a sergeant Nov. 20, 1919. He fought in the St. Mihiel Drive Sept. 12-16, 1918, and in the Muese - Argonne, Oct. 14 - Nov. 11, 1918. He had worked at various jobs through the years and several years ago had been injured in an auto accident and underwent amputation. He had resided at the Annie M Bowmaster property in Franklin Twp., for over 50 years. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:00 from the Peters Funeral Home, Carlisle St., with Rev.
