About Albert (Kib) VINCENT
GEDCOM Note
Albert was the last of the family born in Sandhurst (Bendigo). He was known as Uncle Kib. Great Uncle Kib never married. My cousin Alan Ryde tells the story that he was in love with a young lady in Australia and arranged for her to come to NZ, but his employer Edward Gundry destroyed the letters in order that he didn't lose a good worker. Edward Gundry is mentioned in "The Oxford Book" as a contractor. Uncle Len's wife was Nellie Gundry, almost certainly part of the same family.
