Alberta Webb

Alberta Logston Webb age 84 of Country Estates in Berea went to be with the Lord on Wednesday May 10, 2006 after a long illness. Alberta was born in 1922 to the late James and Bessie Cook Logston. Mrs. Webb was a homemaker and a long time member of the Middletown Baptist Church where served as piano player for many years. She was an avid gardener and faithful to her church. Alberta was preceded in death by her parents James and Bessie Cook Logston, her husband of more than 50 years Jennings Webb, 3 brothers and 3 sisters a son Kenneth Webb and grandson Steven Webb.

Alberta is survived by her son Orville (Donna) Webb, a daughter Juanita (James) Morgan, a Daughter-in-Law Bonnie Webb. She is also survived by her three grandchildren: Kevin (Christy) Webb, Jennifer Webb (Curtiss Willis), and Elizabeth (Benji) Sheffer as well as three step grandchildren Eric (Claudia) Lyons, Sharon Lyons and Richard (Sheila) Lyons. Seven great grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren. Brothers Clarence (Violet) Logston and Cecil (Eula) Logston also survive Alberta. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be Saturday May 13, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Lakes Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Woods officiating. Burial will be in the Berea Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6-9 p.m. at Lakes Funeral Home. Online register book at www.lakesfuneralhome.com.
