About Aleta Genevieve Rainbolt
Aleta Genevieve Rainbolt, 77, of Wenatchee, was escorted to heaven by the Lord's angels on April 5, 1999 to the waiting arms of her husband, Earl, and two sons, Jerry and Nolan.
Our loving mother passed away at her home in the presence of her loving children at her bedside.
She was born April 15, 1921 to Fred and Ada Wheeler in Keensburg, IL. She received her education in Keensburg and on Sept. 30, 1937 married Earl F. "Rocky" Rainbolt. They moved to the Wenatchee area in 1954.
Her life was dedicated to her husband and her eight children. Her joy in this life was being a wonderful, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of the Kennsburg Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by four daughters and two sons-in-law; Mrs. Earlene Powell and Judy Rainbolt, both of Wenatchee, Ada (Larry) Roehm of Mattawa, Karen (Pat) Dull of Wenatchee; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rocky (Anne) Rainbolt and Dan (Janiece) Rainbolt, all of Wenatchee.
She was a loving grandmother to 19 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years and two sons.
Private graveside services were held Wednesday afternoon at Evergreen Memorial Park with the Reverend Norm Stueckle officiating.
Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley.
