Transcription of text in document: Wife Margaret Ann McFarland (b. 13 Mar 1763, Cumberland, NC; d. 23 Jul 1844, Cumberland, NC). Sons Alexander, Robert, Duncan, George, Nathaniel and John. John and Mary Gillis, children of Roderick and my daughter Mary Gillis. Land called the Beaver Dam - 500 a. - on Little Mountain Creek. Danl. Baker granted bond as Exec. Wits. J. Winslow, John W. Huske. Thos. L. Hybart proved handwriting of John W. Huske who is now dead.
