Alexander Stewart Webb, Jr

Alexander Stewart Webb, b. 5 Feb. 1870, president of the Seward National Bank, m. 10 May 1916 to Florence Sands. Son of Alexander Stewart Webb (February 15, 1835 – February 12, 1911)who was a career United States Army officer and a Union general in the American Civil War.

It is interesting to note that the name Seward is the last name of the Governor who pardoned his grandfather James Watson Webb, and also the middle name of his uncle William Seward Webb. Possibly a family friend who owned the bank?
