Alfred Henry Seddon Cripps, 2nd Baron Parmoor

Alfred Henry Seddon Cripps, 2nd Baron Parmoor was born on 27 August 1882. He was the son of Charles Alfred Cripps, 1st Baron Parmoor and Theresa Potter. He died on 12 March 1977 at age 94

He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England He gained the rank of Captain in the Lincolnshire Yeomanry Territorial Force. He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1907 entitled to practise as a barrister. He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1907 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) He was the bursar between 1928 and 1945 at Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. He was a fellow in 1929 at Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG. He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1929 with a Master of Arts (M.A.) He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Parmoor, of Frieth, co. Buckingham [U.K., 1914] on 30 June 1941.
