Jopson The death occurred yesterday, at his residence, 92 Mann-street, Armidale, of Mr. Alfred Jonothan Jopson, a well-known resident of the Armidale district. The late Mr. Jopson, who was 52 years of age, had been ailing for the past nine months. He was born at Abington, and spent much of his life at Eversleigh. He is survived by a widow and a family of four children. Mrs. Lourceaux, of Matraville, is a sister, and Messrs. John (Woy Woy), and William Jopson (Hay) are brothers. The funeral took place this afternoon, after a service in St. Peter's Cathedral, for the Church of England portion of the Armidale cemetery. The Rev. R. C. Cockerell conducted the service, and Piddington's had charge of the arrangements.
