SYDNEY, Wednesday.
An estate of £2482 was left by the late Mr. Alfred William Pender, grocer, of West Maitland, who, while on holi day at Katoomba in April disappeared, and whose body was later found on a ledge below Spooner's Look-out in the Mountains. The late Mr. Pender was 63 years
of age at the time of his death, and was a bachelor. Probate of his will was granted in Sydney yesterday; He appointed his nephew, Charles Leslie Pender, bank clerk, of Bondi, his sole executor and trustee, and directed that all his property, both real and personal, be converted into money and divided equally between his nephews and nieces, Mrs. Hilda Russell Warren, of West Maitland, Donald Archibald Pender, Marjorie Rose Hunter, Charles Leslie Pender, Douglas James Pender, and Nance Clare Pender in equal shares as ten ants in common. The will was sworn on June 16, 1931, at West Maitland.
