Alice Anderson

Alice Simpson, the daughter of Nathaniel Simpson and Sibba Coats, was born in 1876. At the time of the 1880 Census of Caneyville, Grayson County, Kentucky the Nathaniel Simpson household consisted of: Nathan, a farmer, age 27; his wife Sibby, a house keeper, age 23; and children: William, age 6; and Allice, age 4. Also shown with the family as servants were: Charles Simpson, age 19; and Moses Coy, age 20. All were born in Kentucky with their parents born in Kentucky.

Alice Simpson was the wife of Warren L. Anderson, the son of Wilford Anderson and Nancy Davis. He was born in 1875. She died in Grayson County, Kentucky at the age of 95 on October 11, 1971. She was buried in the Simpson Cemetery near Ready, Grayson County, Kentucky.
