She came with her parents to Steuben county when a small child, and has since lived in the community in which she died.

She was united in marriage to Robert Badger November 2, 1878. To this union was born six children, remaining are Roy Badger of Berlien, and Mrs. Lura Cleckner who lives in the home, also three grandhildren, one sister, Mrs. James Watters of Fremont and two brothers, John Henney of York township, and D.W. Henney of Chicago, and a host of relatives and friends.

She united with the Christian church at North Scott in 1895 under the ministration of Elder D.C. Hanselman and has ever lived a devoted Christian life. …
